We are constantly adding new listings and culling out the old, out-of-date listings. The people in your community who need help will come to you first, before they call someone from out of town. Proximity to professional help ranks extremely high in the selection process.

ZIPCODE SEARCHES: Within the structure of your listing are included all of the zipcodes within 30 miles of your primary zipcode. Depending on your location, this generally ranges between 25 to as many as 700 additional zipcodes. This enormously increases your visibility. Anyone whose zipcode lies within 30 miles of your specific location, when they enter their local zipcode, will view your listing. For very low populated states, we extend that range up to all the zipcodes within 100 miles. While the zipcodes are a part of the coding infrastructure of your listing, they can't be seen by anyone looking at your listing, so they do not clutter up the viewing space. But the search engine can see them, and in turn, present your listing for the client to view. The website is "spidered" every 24 hours, so any changes are always kept up to date.
